This quote reflects the educational goal of “Luisenkinder” — with us, children have the opportunity to think, act and discover independently. We promote their self-reliance and creativity so that they can actively understand and shape their environment.

Our “Luisenkinder” day-care center is situated in a quiet environment — in the immediate vicinity of the “Luisium” park. Over two floors, up to 69 children from infancy to school entry are lovingly cared for and supported by 9 educators. In 2023, our facility was most recently renovated and received a modern movement room as well as an open cafeteria.

Our outdoor area offers space for playful learning and discovery. Through the daily care of our raised beds and plant pots, children learn to handle plants and experience the harvest process first-hand, picking their own fruit and vegetables.

Since 2023, we have been participating in the “AOK Jolinchen Project”, which promotes nutrition, movement, emotional well-being and parental participation — aspects that concern both us and the children equally.

In our day-care center, we offer children a space where they can discover independently. We accompany them on this path so that they grow into creative, self-confident personalities.
